Our Annual Wine-cation to Eastern, WA
We took our annual vacation to Eastern, WA to stock up on wines and relax and enjoy everything that region has to offer. This year took us from Yakima to Walla Walla!
Always Lake City Pub
Lake City Pub had a special guest for what is normally open mic Wednesdays. Cruz Contreras of the Black Lillies gave a fantastic solo performance, with special guest Billy Stoops and Leanne Trevalyan!
A “Davine” Evening with Kurt Lindsey and Kristin Marlo
We’ve tried to catch Kurt Lindsay and Kristen Marlo live a couple times since seeing them at the Mill. This last Saturday we were able to see them live at Davine Whiskey and Wine Bar along with some of our favorite folks!
Back to the Beginning of July
With the August Singer-Songwriter night coming up at The Mill this week, we wanted to share a throwback post to the last singer-songwriter night from July!
Back to Lake City Pub
We enjoyed Billy Stoops and Leanne Trevalyan playing at Lake City Pub during the Saturday live music night. We had a great time dancing and seeing some folks we had previously met who are also empty nesters that have taken up dancing.
Billy Shew and Cockrell’s Cider
Back to Cockrell’s Hard Cider again! This time to see Billy Shew and the Sole Providers, another local band we love and have seen around.
Saturday Sun and Fun
Saturday was a long day of fun plans! We made it to both Cockrell Hard Cider and Lake City Pub to see Sweet Thang and the Stumblers and then Dustin Lafferty. We briefly tried to challenge the sun in the grassy field at Cockrell’s, but finally admitted defeat and ended our night inside at Lake City Pub.
A Night of Ballads at Olalla Vineyard
We spent a warm summer evening tasting wine at Olalla Vineyard and Winery while listening to Billy Stoops and Leanne Trevalyan!
Heading to Cockrell Hard Cider Tasting Room
We headed to Cockrell Hard Cider in north Puyallup for the first time this week! We got to enjoy Billy and Leanne playing live out on the grass in gorgeous 75 degree weather!
The Mill of Milton 5th Anniversary Party
We got to celebrate The Mill’s 5th anniversary with delicious ribs, fantastic live music by Kurt Lindsay and Kristen Marlo, and merch giveaway raffles!
Open Mic at Lake City Pub
Lake City Pub’s Wednesday evenings are open mic nights hosted by the one and only Lew Schmngy! It’s great to see new performers and local favorites alike get up and take the stage for some fun and laid-back music.
