Products That Work for Us
We have had so much fun featuring amazon places, people, and artists to inspire people to go out and have fun! But there is another side of preparing and being ready to go out from eating and exercise habits to keep us healthy and shopping for the matching outfits and shoes that we love to wear and make us feel fantastic!
We were on the way to church recently, and I (Denice) realized I needed a quick breakfast. We stopped at Emerald Smoothie, and I got their chocolate base banana slim fit smoothie with almond milk that came in at only 350 calories. It not only kept this intermittent faster satisfied from waking up until 2pm, but it was also delicious! Suddenly it occurred to me that there was an entire other side of this blog in featuring and reviewing products….
So, here we go! We are going to be starting a series of blog posts where we review products that we love and have found useful and hopefully you will too!
We will be starting with highlighting products I (Denice) am currently using to help in an area which women my age will surely relate to… Let me just say, menopause hit me like a freight train in the last month. I’m sure it’s been a gradual onset, as small symptoms have popped up occasionally that I’ve wondered about for the last year. Well, I’m not wondering anymore! It’s here like an uninvited guest that just won’t leave! Night sweats, hot flashes that quite frankly aren’t a flash but instead a heat wave that holds me hostage for quite some time, and the dreaded weight gain so many women have endured through generations. It has been frustrating and exhausting to deal with both mentally and physically, and I’m sure I am not alone in looking for some relief.
In the near future, I will be featuring my journey with meno labs hoping to alleviate symptoms while bringing you my story! Hopefully my journey and sharing the products that have been successful (and not) can help you in yours… Whether you are a woman currently afflicted by this stage of life, or a husband/partner trying to figure out what suddenly happened to your wife!
