Monthly Tasting at The Wine Spot

Being part of a wine club has its perks! This week was our monthly member tasting event at The Wine Spot in Edgewood, WA. Wine lovers, this is a post you will enjoy!

The Wine Spot has wonderful patio seating out back. Complete with cozy fire pits and canopies overtop, it was a lovely seating area for our tasting.

Our tasting included 3 unique wines for members

  • Viognet; fresh and minerally but yet bright and acidic. This would make a wonderful wine for a warm day.

  • Argentina Rose; mild and fruity however well balanced and on the dry side. Dry wines with this balance are definitely our favorites.

  • Temperanillo from Paso Robles; Paso Robles is a region that produces wines that we are generally drawn to. This was certainly no exception with rich tannins that linger on your pallet.

These were wonderful and there is always a large variety of wines for purchase here.

Through the week, they will doing tastings from Terra Blanca! If you are familiar with Red Mountain wines, you know how fantastic these wines are. If you aren’t familiar, it is a great opportunity to come expand your pallet and give them a try.

So for now, cheers to phenomenal wine tasting and amazing wineries!
